These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the website ‘COPPERSMITHS Rum’ (“Provider”) located at the domain name https://www.coppersmithsrum.com/ (“the Website”). By accessing, using, or ordering through, the website, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice. COPPERSMITHS Rum is a website where the user can purchase various products such as spiced rum and other related products (“Products”). The user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the website. 

 

Any of the user’s personal information that may result from the use of the website will be kept by the provider, in accordance with relevant regulations and could be used for advertising purposes. 

 

The provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

FORCE MAJEURE AND DELIVERY

In the event that the provider cannot accept the order, the provider will contact the user by email and arrange a suitable solution. This might be because the particular product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on the provider’s resources which the provider could not reasonably plan for, such as a Force Majeure event specified above, or because the provider has identified an error in the price or description of the products or because the provider is unable to meet a delivery deadline that the user has specified. Therefore, the provider will not be liable for such a situation and will not be liable in the event that a delivery has arrived late or not at all. Nevertheless, the provider will discuss with the user to find a suitable arrangement for the issue.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the provider and the user, completely replacing any other previous written or verbal agreements concerning the relationship of the user with the provider.

SEVERABILITY
